关联规则在手机业务数据库中的应用

Application of association rule in the business database of mobile phone

关联规则挖掘主要是指发现大量数据之间有趣的关联或相关联系,揭示数据间未知的依赖关系,根据这种依赖关系,可以从某一数据对象的信息来推断另一数据对象的信息。笔者将关联规则挖掘应用于目前市场潜力巨大的手机业务上,从外表看来杂乱无章的数据中,提取出某些业务间的内在关系,成功揭示了手机业务中存在的依赖关系,为移动运营商向客户推荐相关业务(交叉销售)时提供了参考。

Association rule data mining mainly refers to digging out an interesting correlation, opening out the unknown Inter-depen- dence in a great deal of the data. According to the depending relationship, the information of a data object can be inferred from other data object information. The author applies the association rule data mining to mobile phone business which has huge market potentials, extracts the inherent relationship in business from data that looks disorderly and unsystematic, and reveals the dependence of the phone business. The results are useful for mobile operators when supplying relative business （cross-selling）.
