网上培训使培训的内容多样化,加快了员工的学习速度,为员工提供了更多的学习和成长机会。同时,网上培训的设计者应考虑受训者的特点和个性化需求,确定合作式的学习方式和授予受训者相应的控制权,使培训者能够根据员工的需求设计培训。为有效地实施网上培训,应建立完善的网上培训跟踪系统,确保培训作用落到实处。
Online training with a variety of training contents accelerates trainecs' learning speed and provides more learning opportunity. At the same time, the designer of online training should consider the trainecs' characteristics and individuation needs, make cooperative learning method and offer related serf-determination for the trainees, who can design the training contents in terms of their needs. In practice, we need establish perfect following system for online training to assure its function.
