摘要
由于MPEG系统在帧内压缩部分有着很大的相关性,所以本文首先对MPEG-2视频压缩标准的特点和新技术进行了简单阐述。然后,详细介绍了MPEG-2图像帧内编码中用到的关键算法:DCT变换、量化,通过分析提取出其中比较耗时的算法进行改进。并采用改进的Loeffler算法进行一维DCT快速变换,对MPEG量化技术也进行了优化,构造出一个可以避免除法运算的改进的帧内量化矩阵。
There are many common points in inter frame of MPEG system. Firstly, the thesis takes an overview of the specialties and new technologies of MPEG-2. Secondly, the key encoding algorithms in MPEG -2, including DCT, quantization, run-length encoding and Huffman coding, are presented, and then the algorithms which consume too much time are improved. Thirdly, the Loeffler algo- rithm is improved; In quantization part, a new matrix avoiding division operation is constructed.
