超声引导下经皮肝静脉穿刺球囊扩张术的应用

Perculaneons Puncture and Ballon Dilatation of Hepatic Vein under Guidance of Ultrasound

报告１０例在超声引导下经皮肝静脉穿刺球囊扩张术治疗布－加综合征，均获得成功。文中介绍了超声导向的方法和其优点，肝静脉内导丝，鞘管和球囊管的声像图特征。作者认为：此方法简便、安全、有效，为布－加综合征的治疗开辟了一新路。

Ten cases of Badd-Chiari's syndrome treated sucessfully by percutaneous puncture and balloon dilatation under guidance of ultrasound were reported. The method and advantage of ultrasound guidance were introduced. The ultrasonic characteristics of gulding wire, sheath and balloon were discussed. It is suggested the methed is simple, safe and effectuce. It provides a new way of treatment for Budd-Chiari's syndrome.
