彩色多普勒超声鉴别前列腺癌和前列腺肉瘤的初步评价

Significance of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Differentiation of Prostatic Carcinoma from Prostatic Sarcoma

本文报告１６例前列腺癌及４例前列腺肉瘤的彩色多普勒检查结果。前列腺癌内部及边缘血管的搏动性频谱明显低于前列腺肉瘤。而前列腺肉瘤的动脉阻力指数显著低于前列腺癌。根据初步经验认为，彩色多普勒有助于前列腺癌和前列腺肉瘤的鉴别诊断。

The features of 16 cases of prostatic carcinoma and 4 of prostatic sarcoma in color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU) were compared. It was found that the frequency spectrum of the inner and marginal blood pulsation in prostatic carcinoma was significantly lower than that in prostatic sarcoma whereas the arterial resistance index in the former was significantly higher than that in the latter. This suggests that CDU is helpful in the differentlial diagnosis of prostatic carcinoma and prostatic sarcoma. [WT5”HZ〗
