膀胱肿瘤的两维及三维超声观察

Observation of Bladder Tumor by Three and Two Dimensional Ultrasonography

采用两维、三维超声成像技术对２７例膀胱肿瘤病人进行观察，分别获取了不同切面膀胱肿瘤的两维及三维图像，并与术中所见进行对照。结果表明：三维图像与术中所见一致，图像清晰、直观、立体感强，除能获得与两维超声相似的结构断面外，还能显示两维超声所无法看到的肿瘤整体观，并可确定病变的空间位置、形态及病变范围，弥补两维超声的不足。

Observation of bladder tumors was performed in 27 patients with two-dimensional(2D) and three dimensional (3D)ultrasonographies which were compared whth the findings in operation. The results showed that 3D ultrasonography was well correlated with the operative findings. It gave a clear stereoscopic view of the lesions, not only showed the configuration, location, morhpology but also the spatial relationship and extents of lesions from different planes complemented 2D ultrasonographic studies.
