新形势下的区域输电定价问题研究

Research on the regional transmission pricing problem on the new environment

随着特高压输电技术的引进和标准电力市场建设的不断推进,区域电力市场中的输电定价问题变成了区域电力市场规范运作的核心问题。在借鉴国际经验的基础上,对我国的区域输电成本进行了分类明细,对常用的输电定价方法进行了模式划分。针对我国区域电力市场中存在的三类输电定价问题提出了可行的解决方案。文章通过实证研究给出了具体的区域输电定价操作方法。

With the introduction of over-voltage power transmission and development of standard electricity market, the regional transmission pricing problem became a key problem in regional electricity market. The paper classifies the regional power transmission cost and summarizes three power transmission pricing modes based on international power transmission pricing experience. This paper presents a feasible advice to solve three different regional power transmission problems and an example is unfurled to testify the validity of the project.
