摘要
合理确定最佳烟气含氧量的设定值是实现燃烧过程优化控制的关键,研究了基于烟气含氧量变化的电站锅炉变工况运行经济分析方法,建立了各热经济性参数在烟气含氧量影响下的变化特性分析计算模型和以最小供电煤耗率为目标的最佳烟气含氧量偏微分方程,通过求解该方程可以确定电站锅炉不同工况下最佳烟气含氧量设定值。
The set value of flue gas oxygen content is the key to realize the optimizing control in combustion process. The analysis method of the operation economy in variable operation condition of the boiler based on the variation of flue gas oxygen content was studied. The analysis and calculation models of the variation characteristic for the boiler' s thermal economy parameters affected by the flue gas oxygen content and the optimal flue gas oxygen content partial differential equation were established. This equation takes the minimization net coal consumption rate as the target function. By solving the equation, the optimal set value of flue gas oxygen content under different load of the power plant boiler can be ascertained.
