摘要
对用氟离子选择电极测定尿氟的方法作了改进，克服了其它方法中受尿液组成影响的电极斜率引起的尿氟分析误差。尿氟分析的相对标准偏差和回收率分别为3．64％（n＝5）和100．9％±7．6％（x=s，n＝5）。可用于氟营养及氟中毒指标的检测。
A method for measurement of the content of fluoride in human urine with fluorineion-selective electrode was improved. so that it avoided the analytical error of fluoride in urinecaused by the change of electrode slope under the influence of urine composition in other methods.The relative standard deviation and the recovery in analysing fluoride in urine were 3. 64 % (n =5)and 100. 9% ± 7. 6% (x±s, n = 5), respectively.
