肿瘤生物学研究进展的若干思考

Some Thought on the Researches of Biology of Tumor.

恶性肿瘤的形成是一个多步骤过程，涉及到多个癌基因的活化及抑癌基因功能的丧失。近２０年来，肿瘤生物学研究中，一些曾经独立的研究分支彼此交汇在一起。本文简要地回顾了这一领域中包括肿瘤免疫、细胞凋亡、端粒酶和肿瘤易患基因等相关的研究历程和进展。并从哲学角度加以分析，为进一步从分子水平上诊断和治疗肿瘤提供理论依据。

Tumor progression is generally regarded as a multistep process that involving the activation of oncogenes and inactiviation of antioncogenes.Until recently,some of studies that even were independent researches on the biological behaviour of tumor have been intersected one another.In this paper,the progress of biological behaviour of tumor,including immunology of tumor,telomerase,apoptosis and susceptibility of tumor were simply introduced for providing the theoretical guide in the further studies of tumor.
