达茂旗蒙古族结核病控制项目治疗效果分析

目的探讨达茂旗蒙古族地区结核病控制项目实施以来,对病人实行规范化疗后,治疗效果分析。方法采取回顾性方法,对2003～2006年达茂旗结防机构治疗管理的所有涂阳病人进行分析。结果初、复治涂阳病人2个月末的痰菌阴转率分别为84.3%和52.2%;初、复治涂阳病人的治愈率分别为88.7%和64.0%;治疗失败率分别为3.5%和25.0%。结论通过结核病控制项目实施对病人采用标准化疗方案治疗和全程督导管理,是蒙古族地区治疗和控制结核病的最有效措施,而且对初治涂阳病人的治疗效果明显高于复治涂阳病人。
