摘要
通过DYNAFORM有限元分析软件模拟分析了一种拱形件的冲压工艺,尤其是凸、凹模圆角半径的大小对拉深工艺的影响,得到了合适的工艺参数,解决了该类异形件成形的难点,最终制定出了正确的冲压成形工艺方案。
The stamping technique of an arch part was simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software DYNAFORM. The influence of the fillet radius of punch and die plate on the drawing process was studied and the proper technological parameters were obtained. A feasible stamping forming process was determined after the difficulty in forming this kind of irregular parts was settled.
