摘要
根据一种光栏片冲模的工艺要求,选择了CrWMn国产模具钢,分析了常规热处理工艺及模具失效原因,对模具进行了强韧化处理改进,模具在实际使用中效果好、寿命长。
Die steel CrWMn was selected to make a stamping die for an iris blade according to the technological requirements, The conventional heat treatment process and the failure cause of the die were analyzed and an improvement was made accordingly on the strengthening and toughening treatment of the die, The die operates well and has long service life.
