The present research intends to identify the significance and funcation of the RE. file in the High Education Systerm.ln order to give a further explanation, the study starts with the issue of P.E.files management in the High Education systerm. The study analyses reasons of the issue and indicates that the standard management of P.E.files in the High Education systerm relies on perfection of rule and laws. And the utilization of all kinds of services is also the necessary and essential condition.
