摘要
根据轧件平整轧制时塑性变形量很小,变形沿带材高度不均匀分布的特点,采用沿高度应力均匀分布的平面假设将带来比较大的误差。在引入板形与力学性能综合控制目标函数的基础上,针对平整机的实际特性,在保证成品的机械性能的前提下,以基态弯辊力下带材的出口板形最好为准则,建立了延伸率分配数学模型;同时给出了相应的张力与轧制压力设定方法,并将其应用到生产实践,提高了平整产品的板形精度,具有较大的推广应用价值。
During skin rolling, the plastic deformation of strip is small, so the error of prediction with equal deformation in the height direction is large. Based on the combined control objective function for shape and mechanical properties, the mechanical properties and the shape are controlled simultaneously. Against the practical character of skin mill and on the premise of the assurance of finished product mechanical property, a set of elongation distribution model about skin mill is established on the criterion that exit shape of the strip is best under the ground state bend-roll force. At the same time, the set method of corresponding tension and rolling pressure is provided and applied to productive practice. It has a rather large promotion and application values.
