摘要
对基于uclinux操作系统的嵌入式数控滚齿零编程系统进行了研究,采用嵌入式系统的设计方法,以ARM7为硬件平台和uclinux为软件平台,对系统中的硬件电路,驱动程序,操作系统以及应用程序进行了论证和设计,最终开发出了一套能实现自动编程的数控滚齿零编程系统,经零件试制,取得了良好的初步效果。
A NC automatic programming system based on uclinux embedded system has been researched. The system is focused on gear hobbing NC machine tools. ARM7 firmware platform and uclinux operating system has been chosen as the developing environment, the fimware electrocircuit, drivers program, embedded operating system and application software has been demonstrated and designed. An NC automatic programming system has been developed and proves out to be efficient on machine tools.
