广义脉码调制控制阀的建模与频响仿真分析

摘要 基于广义脉码调制控制阀结构和工作原理,建立广义脉码调制控制阀的数学模型。利用AMESim和matlab/simulink仿真软件联合建立GPCM控制液压伺服系统的物理仿真模型,仿真分析换向阀和开关阀响应频率等因素对阀频响特性的影响。仿真结果表明,开关阀、高位控制单元阀频率以及脉冲编码方式对广义脉码调制控制阀频响特性、动态性能有影响。 According to the structure and operating principle of the generalization pulse code modulation (GPCM) control valve, it set up the mathematical model of the GPCM control valve in this paper, then, it used AM ESim and simulink module of matlab software to set up a physical simulating model of GPCM controlling valve servo system. According to the simulating model, it analyzed the influence of valve frequency response characteristics impacted by the frequency response of reversal valve and switch valve. The simulating results prove that frequency characteristics of switch valve and impulse coding style will influence the frequency response characteristics and dynamical characteristics of the GPCM control valve.
