基于LabWindows/CVI的管道对接焊缝超声自动扫描控制系统

摘要 为了实现管道对接焊缝超声检测的自动化,以PC机为核心,基于LabWindows/CVI平台开发了管道对接焊缝超声自动扫描控制软件系统。利用AT89C52单片机控制两台步进电机,通过RS232总线进行上位机(PC)与下位机(AT89C52)的通讯,可方便地进行步进电机扫描方式、转速、步长和方向的设置,实现了对步进电机的精确控制。 In order to realize automatization of ultrasnic testing of pipeline girth welds, a soft system of the ultrasnic automatization scanning system is developed besed on LabWindows/CVI. The system makes use of the AT89C52 chip microcomputer to control two stepping motors. The communication between PC and the AT89C52 chip is achieved through the RS232 bus, so scanning mode, rotate speed, step and direction of step motor are setup expediently. The system has realized the accurate control for stepping motor.
