摘要
基于SolidWorks,使用其模拟功能和动画制作插件Animator,制作了一个精密头架从齿轮啮合直到主轴回转的动态运动过程,并把这个运动过程制作成*.avi格式文件,用诸如Windows Media Player、Re-alOne Player等播放器软件来观看动画。介绍了制作步骤、过程、技术要点及注意事项。
A dynamic motion process of the precise head stock, which from gear engagement to basic shaft revolution, has been made with simulation function and Animator based on SolidWorks, Animator is a plug-in of SolidWorks. ＊ .avi format file can be produced in order to watch with Windows Media Player or RealOne Player. Manufacturing procedures, courses, technical main points and attention items are also introduced in this paper.
