摘要
介绍了摆线加工直槽的原理,基于Vericut软件仿真切削直槽的加工过程。分析了机床的结构并对机床、毛坯、夹具、刀具及NC代码进行设计。通过对仿真结果进行误差分析,证实利用摆线原理加工直槽的可行性。
In this paper, the principle of cycloid machining is introduced and the machining process of cutting straight slots using cycloid principle is simulated in Vericut software. The machine structure is analyzed and the machine model, the stock, the fixture, the cutter and NC code are designed. Thus, it is confirmed that machining using this way is feasible by analyzing the error of simulation results.
