随着以客户为中心的竞争趋势的形成,客户关系管理系统的应用成为企业信息化建设的焦点。客户关系管理的发展趋势之一是将企业积累的知识融入到前端管理的各个环节中,采用规范的方法来增强市场活动的有效性,从而保证销售队伍的战斗力,提高客户满意度。文章应用.NET技术,并结合知识管理的先进思想,开发了适合制造型企业的基于知识管理的客户关系管理系统。
With the development of competition concerning on customer, the application of customer relationship management system becomes the center of information construction in enterprises. One of the trends of CRM development is how to make the accumulated enterprise knowledge integrated with the detailed management measures and how to take standardized steps to improve the effectiveness of marketing activities, so that the sales forces are powerful and the customer satisfaction can be prompted. With the application of.NET technology, we presented a customer relationship management information system in manufacturing enterprises.
