摘要
在现代化加工制造过程中,通过制定合理的生产调度计划可以实现对资源的均衡利用。文章针对这类资源均衡问题,提出了一种新型的工序资源强度可变的资源均衡模型。该模型允许适当延长工序的工期来降低工序的资源强度,并引入工期延长率这一无量纲变量来表示工序工期所延长的程度。该变量使得模型中各工序间的时间约束在求解过程中能自动满足,从而避免非可行解的出现。该模型还兼容了工序资源强度不变的均衡模型的功能,并可以处理特殊工序资源强度不可变的要求。通过采用遗传算法对该模型进行求解,验证了其有效性。本文的模型可以广泛应用于生产调度管理、建设项目计划等领域,具有良好的应用价值。
In modem manufacturing process, resources can be utilized evenly by making a reasonable production schedule. A new kind of resource leveling model with changeable resource intensity is presented for solving this problem in this paper. Prolonging of activity durations is allowed in order to decrease resource inten- sity of activities in this model. A dimensionless variable named as duration prolonging rate is introduced to show the prolonged degree of activity duration. Time constraints among activities of a schedule can be automatically satisfied with the help of this variable during the whole computing process. Thus, infeasible solutions can be avoided. Moreover, the model can realize the same function as conventional models with unchangeable resource intensity and can fit the instance allowing unchangeable resource intensity of some special activities. Finally, the validity of the model in this paper is verified with the help of genetic algorithm. This model can be widely used in many fields such as management of production scheduling and network plan of construction project, which shows the application value of the model.
