摘要
拉延筋是影响薄板冲压成形质量的一个重要工艺因素。基于动力显式有限元分析方法,运用商品化有限元分析软eta/DYNAFORM对拉延筋在方形盒圆角部位的布置进行了数值模拟试验。采用板料厚度的变差作为成形质量的指标,首先比较了圆角处不同形式的拉延筋设置对成形质量的影响;然后调整同种布筋形式下拉延筋线与凹模轮廓线之间的距离,比较了不同位置的拉延筋设置对成形质量的影响;最后,集中研究了圆角部位斜拉延筋线角度变化对成形质量的影响。分析结果表明,不同的布筋形式、位置和角度对板料冲压成形质量均有显著影响。
Drawbead is an important factor to the sheet metal forming. Based on explicit dynamic algorithm, The drawbead set- ting try-out in the quarter of a square box has been done using a commercial FEA software eta/DYNAFORM. This paper firstly researched the influence of drawbead to the forming quality when setting different drawbead line in the corner and adjusting the distance between the drawbead line and die contour line. Then setting oblique drawbead line which angles is different and re- searched the influence to the forming quality. The result show that different types, different place and different angle drawbead in the corner effect the forming quality deeply.
