摘要
介绍了环件径轴向轧制工艺原理,在环件径向轧制理论体系的基础上,通过建立径轴向轧制中轴向孔型的咬入模型,主要研究了轴向孔型中的咬入条件以及其影响因素,并分析了径向与轴向两孔型中咬入条件的相互影响,为环件径轴向轧制生产提供了理论依据。
The principle of radial-axial ring rolling technology was introduced in the paper. On the basis of radial ring rolling theo- ry, the biting model of axial pass in radial-axial ring rolling was constructed, then the biting condition in axial pass was mainly researched and the influencing factors were also analyzed. The biting condition in radial and axial passes affected each other, The reciprocal influences of biting conditions in radial and axial passes were analyzed. The research made the theoretical foundation for radial-axial ring rolling manufacturing.
