摘要
两个速度不同的运动物体突然连接后的拉力初期冲击峰值大小与连接物刚度有关。连轧咬入与此类似,建立张力的初期有冲击峰值。原有张力微分方程是稳态连轧后速度干扰下得到的,它不能反映咬入瞬间张力冲击的变化。文章用运动力学方法建立连轧平衡后张力计算模型,虽然是静态方程,但连续使用可以得到动态效果。仿真证明,所反应的咬入初期张力变化更符合实际。
Two blocks with different speed connected with the force sensor and soft string and the tension just building is meas- ured. The record curve proves that there is a primary shock value when bite began. The continuous rolling biting is the same to that, there is a tension peak when biting beginning. Besides, by means of kinematical mechanics, the model of balance tension is built after continuous rolling balance. Though continuous calculating, the kinetic result could be acquired. Simulation of continu- ous rolling certifies that kinetic effect.
