摘要
目的优化lipstatin的发酵工艺。方法采用摇瓶发酵,改变实验条件,通过测定lipstatin含量来确定较为适合的发酵工艺。结果优化后的培养基组成为:豆油8.0%,甘油0.7%,黄豆粉3.0%,酵母粉1.0%,TritonX-100 0.1%。在此条件下lipstatin发酵产量为156.8 mg/L。结论提高了lipstatin产量。
Objective To optimize the fermentation process of lipstatin. Methods In shaken flask culture, the yield of lipstatin was determined under the different experiment conditions in order to obtain an optimal fermentation process. Results The optimal medium contained 8.0 % bean oil, 0.7 % glycerol, 3.0 % soybean powder, 1.0 % yeast extract powder, 0.1% TritonX-100. The yield of lipstatin was 156.8 mg/L. Conclusion The yield of lipstatin can be improved.
