摘要
目的优选β-环糊精包合复方怡神胶囊中桂枝挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验,考察挥发油包合物得率和包封率2个指标,优选研磨法制备桂枝挥发油β-环糊精包合物的工艺条件。结果优选工艺条件为:油与β-环糊精的质量比1∶6,β-环糊精与水的质量比1∶2,研磨时间30 min。结论桂枝挥发油包合物得率和包封率较高,工艺合理可行。
Objective To optimize the technological condition of β -cyclodextrin inclusion compound of Ramulus Cinnamomi volatile oils in Compound Yishen Capsules. Methods An orthogonal test with two factors of inclusion yields and envelopment rate of oils was employed for the optimal technological design of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of Ramulus Cinnamomi volatile oils produced by trituration. Results The selected condition was as follows: ratio of oils to β-cyclodextrin (w/w) of 1:6, ratio of β-cyclodextrin to water (w/w) of 1:2, and triturating for 30 min. Condusion The higher inclusion yields and envelopment rate of oils can be obtained, so the technological condition selected by our trial is rational and feasible.
