摘要 目的研究超临界提取活血止痛胶囊中乳香油的最佳工艺。方法用单因素分析法,以乳香油提取率为指标,研究提取温度、提取压力及提取时间对超临界CO2流体提取效果的影响。结果优化工艺为:提取压力2 4MPa,提取温度55℃,提取时间1.5 h。结论经实验优选得到的工艺具有较高的提取率,并且提取时间短、能耗低,工艺合理可行。 Objective To study the optimal extract technology of olibanum oil in Huoxue Zhitong Capsules by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. Methods The experiment was designed with the single factor analysis and the extraction rate of olibanum oil was used as evaluation index. The influences of extraction pressure, temperature and time on the extraction rate were investigated. Results The optimal condition was as follows: extraction pressure of 24 MPa, extraction temperature of 55 ℃ and extraction time of 1.5 h. Conclusion This optimal extract technology is feasible with the advantages of high extraction rate, short time and low energy consumption.
