石榴皮多酚对在体蟾蜍心脏活动的影响

Effect of Polyphenol from Pomegranate Peel on Cardiomotility of Bufo gargarizans in Vivo

目的观察石榴皮多酚对在体蟾蜍心率和心肌收缩力的影响。方法向蟾蜍腹腔注射不同浓度的石榴皮多酚化合物溶液,记录麻醉状态的蟾蜍给药前后心率和心肌收缩力的变化。结果腹腔注射1,0.5,0.1 mg/mL石榴皮多酚类化合物5,10,15,20,25,30min后,与给药前比较心率变慢;心肌收缩力在给药10 min后也明显降低(P<0.01)。结论石榴皮多酚化合物可抑制在体蟾蜍的心率和心肌收缩力。

Objective To observe the effects of polyphenol from pomegranate peel on the heart rate and cardiac contractility ofBufo gargarizans in vivo. Methods The animals were divided into polyphenol group and saline group. The granatum polyphenols compounds with different concentrations of 1, 0.5 and 0.1 mg/mL were given by intrapefitoneal injection. The heart rate and cardiac contractility were recorded for one minute before the granatum polyphenols injected, and recorded respectively for 5 min, 10 min,15 min, 20 min, 25 rain and 30 rain after the granatum polyphenols injected. Results After granatum polyphenols were given, the heart rate was slow and the cardiac contractility depressed obviously （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The granatum polyphenols can inhibit heart rate and cardiac contractility of Bufo gargarizans in vivo.
