摘要
采用热分析与相平衡相结合的方法研究了Na3AlF6-Al2O3二元系的熔度,发现了此体系是一简单共晶系,共晶组成位于含Al2O3质量分数为10.2%处。加入不同量的Al2O3,根据凝固点降低公式,推算出Na3AlF6-Al2O3熔体的熔盐质点结构并且研究了氧化铝在冰晶石熔体中溶解的机理及带来的影响.
The fusibility of Na3AlF6 - Al2O3 binary system is studied by the method combining thermal analysis and phase equilibrium. It is found that this system is a simple crystal system, of which the temperature of eutectic is 961 ± 1 ℃ and the composition of eutectic is at Al2O3 mass fraction of 10. 2%. According to the cryoscopic formula, the structure of fused salt particle dissolution of Na3AlF6 -Al2O3 is calculated with different amount of Al2O3 addition. The mechanism of alumina in cryolite melt and its effect are also investigated.
