Influence of early coking conditions on coke strength

摘要 采用40 kg小焦炉模拟唐钢炼焦制气厂的生产过程,研究高温焖炉时间、堆密度和配合煤的细度对焦炭强度的影响.结果表明:高温焖炉时间控制在180 min,配合煤堆密度控制在0.8 t/m3左右,配合煤的细度控制在77%左右时,焦炭的冷态强度和高温强度最佳. Coking process of Tangshan iron & steel Co. Ltd was simulated in experimental-coke oven of 40 kg capacity. The influences of soaking time, bulk density and fineness of mixed coal on the coke strength were determined. The results show that, while the soaking time of coking is controlled at about 180 min, the bulk density of mixed coal is controlled at 0.8 t/m^3 , the fineness of mixed coal is controlled at 77%, the coke quality is the best.
