摘要
目的:研究蜂毒素对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的抑制作用。方法:建立鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜模型,光镜下观察蜂毒素对正常鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜微血管形态的影响,应用医学图像分析软件定量检测蜂毒素对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜微血管生成的影响。结果:光镜下可见经蜂毒素作用后,鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜微血管数目减少,管径变细,分布零乱。定量检测结果表明,蜂毒素浓度为:2.0、4.0、8.0μg/mL时的血管生成抑制率分别为:12.11%、29.85%和45.09%,血管数目明显少于生理盐水对照组(P<0.01),却多于沙利度胺组(P<0.01)。结论:蜂毒素可显著抑制鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜的血管生成,并且呈现浓度依赖关系。
Objective : To investigate the inhibitory effect of Melittin on the angiogenesis of chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM). Methods : The models of angiogenesis of CAM were established and randomly divided into 5 groups. Morphological changes of blood vessels of CAM treated with Melittin for 72 hours were observed under the light microscope. Blood vessels were counted by using medical image analyzing soft ware. Results: Decrease of blood vessels, more slender caliber and distribution of blood vessels in great disorder were observed under the light microscope after treatment with Melittin. The blood vessels in CAM of Melittin groups and Thalidomide group was significantly less than that of normal saline group ( P 〈0.01 ). But the blood vessels in CAM of Melittin groups was more than that of the Thalidomide group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion. Melittin could inhibite the angiogenesis of CAM in a concentration - dependent manner.
