摘要 髓样分化因子(myeloid differentiation factor88,MyD88)是Toll受体(Toll-like receptor,TLR)信号通路中的一个关键接头分子,在传递上游信息和疾病发生发展中具有重要的作用。从MyD88的结构、基本功能、在Toll信号传导通路中的作用以及与免疫耐受、炎症性肠病、心血管疾病等疾病作用进行了综述。 MyD88 is a key tie - in molecule of TLR signal transduction passway and is of great importance in info - transfefing and illness progressing. In this paper the structure, essential function of MyD88 as well as action on Toll signal transduction passay was summarized. The relation between MyD88, immunity resistance, inflammational intestines illness and cardio- vascular illness was discussed too.
