Thinking Train and Method in Differentiate and Analyse Research of Spontaneously Disease Animal Model with the Characteristic of Chinese Medical Syndrome

目的:建立适合中医药研究的病证结合动物模型。方法:以自发性高血压大鼠模型为例,探讨辨析自发性疾病动物模型的中医证候特征的思路与方法。结论:表明通过辨析自发性疾病动物模型的中医证候特征,可以建立稳定、均一的病证结合动物模型。

Objective： The animal models which can integrate disease and syndrome in TCM would adapt to research of TCM. Methods： Citing spontaneously hypertensive rat, to discuss the thinking train and method in differentiate and analyse research of spontaneously disease animal model with the characteristic of Chinese medical syndrome. Conclusion： Via differentiate and analyse the characteristic of Chinese medical syndrome of spontaneously disease animal model, Can establish stabilization and homogeneous animal models which can integrate disease and syndrome in TCM.
