摘要
目的:研究用高热量饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)作用于模型大鼠,探讨脾虚作为消渴的中医病机与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型建立的相关性。方法:检测实验大鼠的血糖、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),并观测实验大鼠的一般情况、体重和摄食量。结果:模型组大鼠的血糖、空腹胰岛素(FINS)均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而胰岛素敏感指数则显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01);模型组大鼠亦相应出现了多饮、多食、多尿的消渴病症状。结论:以脾虚是导致消渴的重要病机之一为指导思想,可以成功地建立消渴及其相关的2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型。
Objective .To study using small dose strepozotocin(STZ) and high caloric diet acted on model rats, exploration the correlation of deficiency of spleen as mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine of diabetes and building rat model of insulin resistance of type two diabetes mellitus. Methods :To detect blood glucose ,fasting insulin, insulin sensitivity index and general symptom, body weight ,food intake of experimental rats. Results :Blood glucose and fasting insulin of model group were significantly higher than control group( P 〈0.01 ) ,but ISI of model group was significantly lower than control group( P 〈0.01 ) ;and rats of model group appeared corresponding symptoms of polydipsia,polyphgia,polyuria of diabetes. Conclusion : To successfully build rat model of diabetes and corresponding insulin resistance of type two diabetes mellitus on the basis that deficiency of spleen is one of important mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine of diabetes.
