摘要
目的:探讨扶正化瘀法治疗慢性肝炎对血清肝纤维化指标的影响。方法:用扶正化瘀法治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化患者48例(治疗组),并设对照组43例,疗程4个月。治疗前后分别进行血清肝纤维化指标(透明质酸、III型前胶原及IV型胶原)检测。结果:治疗组血清肝纤维化指标明显下降(P<0.05),并且优于对照组。结论:扶正化瘀法治疗慢性肝炎对血清肝纤维化指标有显著影响。
Objective： To study Fuzhenghuayu method treats chronic hepatitis to the serum liver fibrosis index signMethods ： With the Fuzhenghuayu method to treat chronic hepatitis liver fibrosis patients 48 examples （ treatment group） , And supposes the comparison group 43 examples, the treatment tours lasts for 4 months. Around the treatment, separately carries on the blood serum liver fiberization target （ hyalurie acid, Ⅲ EX - Collagen and Ⅳ Collagen） examines. Results： Treatment group blood serum liver tiberizaion target obviously drops （ P 〈 0.05）. And surpasses the comparison group. Conclusion： the Fuzhenghuayu method to treat chronic hepatifisto have the remarkable influence to the blood serum liver fiberization target.
