补血耐力复合胶囊对铁人三项运动员机能和运动能力影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨补血耐力复合胶囊对在大负荷专项训练期铁人三项运动员机能和运动能力的影响。方法:实验分组对照法。6名男运动员和15名女运动员随机平均分为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,按照对比实验设计,实验1组给服用补血耐力复合胶囊;实验2组每日给予营养品铁红强;对照组给予淀粉胶囊安慰剂。结果:(1)血红蛋白(HB)浓度:实验2组在实验4周时,HB明显升高(P<0.05),而且明显高于其他两组;铁蛋白:实验2周时,实验1组与实验2组有显著性差异(P<0.05),前者明显低于后者,而且,实验2组明显高于对照组,2周有显著性差异(P<0.05);在实验4周时,实验1组、实验2组铁蛋白浓度均明显高于对照组4周(P<0.05)。(2)超氧化物歧化物(SOD):对照组实验4周的SOD浓度明显高于实验0周(P<0.05),实验1组和实验2组都是明显低于实验0周水平,而且实验2组的这种明显差异从实验2周就开始出现。两个实验组在实验最后时的SOD浓度都明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)最大摄氧量和无氧功。实验2组和对照组最大摄氧量有下降的趋势,但没有统计学意义,实验1组实验前后有显著增加(P<0.05),提示,补血复合胶囊和耐力胶囊对提高最大摄氧能力有促进作用;最大功率和平均功率:实验1组和实验2组在4周时都高于实验0周的对应结果(P<0.05);总功率方面,对照组和实验1组第4周的总功率都高于实验前(P<0.05),而且实验1组明显高于对照组。提示,实验1组药物的服用对运动过程中有氧能力的降低有延缓作用。结论:补血复合胶囊和耐力胶囊与铁红强都能提高铁蛋白的浓度,增强有氧耐力,效果较明显;补血复合胶囊和耐力胶囊与铁红强服用导致了SOD浓度都明显降低;铁红强能够降低MDA浓度;两种药物对提高最大摄氧能力均有促进作用,补血耐力复合胶囊和耐力胶囊效果要好于铁红强。 Objective: To discuss the influence to enginery and sports capability on enriching hemoglobin and endurance capstde in the high load training process for triathlon's athletes. Methods: 6 male athletes and 15 female athletes were random divided into group 1, group 2, and the control group on average. On the contrast experimental design, group 1 were given enriching hemoglobin and endurance capstde every day, group 2 were given hemagenics every day, the control group were given starch capstde placebo every day. Results: (1) hemoglobin (Hb) : At the forth week, hemoglobin concentration rises obviously in group 2 ( P 〈 0, 05 ), and evidently higher than the other two groups. Ferritin: At the second week, there is obvious difference between group 1 and 2 ( P 〈 0.05 ) , group 1 's level is lower than 2 markedly. Furthermore, group 2's level is higher than the control group clearly, they have significant difference ( P 〈0.05). At the forth week, the ferritin's concentration in group 1 and 2 is higher than the control group evidently ( P 〈0.05). (2) Superoxide dismutase(SOD) : At the forth week, SOD's concentration is higher than the beginning of experiment obviously in control group( P 〈0.05). However, SOD's concentration is lower than the beginning of experiment evidently in group 1 and 2( P 〈0.05 ). And the difference in group 2 occurs from the second week of the experiment. SOD's concentration in group 1 and 2 is lower evidently than the control group at last of the experiment ( P 〈 0.05). (3) The maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 max)and anaerobic power test. VO2 max has descending tendency in group 2 and control group, but it has not the statistic meaning. VO2 max dramatically increases in group 1 ( P 〈 0.05), in hints that the enriching hemoglobin and endurance capsule has the promoted meaning to improve VO2max. The most power and average power: At the forth week, the most power and average power are higher than the beginning of the experiment in group 1 and 2 ( P 〈 0.05). At the forth week, the total power is higher than the beginning of the experiment in group 1 and control group ( P 〈 0.05) , the group 1 is higher than the control group evidently. It hints that the nutriment of group 1 has retardant effect to the decrease of aerobic ability in sports training. Conclusion: Both enriching hemoglobin and endurance capsule and hemagenics can enhance the ferritin's level, increase aerobic endurance, and more obvious. Both enriching hemoglobin and endurance capsule and hemagenics clearly reduce SOD's concentration. Hemagenics can reduce MDA's concentration. Both nutriments have the improvement effect to enhance VO2max capability, and the effect of enriching hemoglobin and endurance capsule is better than hemagenics.
