注射用灯盏细辛酚治疗脑梗死脑络瘀阻证疗效观察

目的:观察静脉滴注中药新药注射用灯盏细辛酚治疗脑梗死脑络瘀阻证临床疗效。方法:将所有符合入选标准的病人根据病情给予控制感染、脱水及降压降糖等对症处理,在基础治疗上给予静脉滴注注射用灯盏细辛酚,通过比较治疗前后神经功能缺损评分变化观察疗效。结果:治疗14天后观察疗效,结果有16例显效,8例进步,1例无变化,无1例恶化或死亡,总有效率为96%。结论:注射用灯盏细辛酚治疗脑梗死脑络瘀阻证疗效显著,且无明显毒副作用,有必要今后作进一步的深入研究以更好地应用于临床。
