摘要
透法于温病治疗中应用广泛,无论邪气在卫分、气分、营分、血分何阶段,均可辨证使用。本法通过运用轻清灵动、辛香宣透之品,以达到畅气机、调气血,予邪出路,祛邪外出的治疗目的。笔者根据相关文献和名医医案对透法在温病不同阶段的运用进行阐述,以浅析透法之妙。
By syndrome differentiation dissipating method is fully used to treat warm diseases in defensive phase, qi phase, nutrient phase and blood phase. This method by using Chinese drug with characters of light texture and pungent and fragrant flavor can regulate functional activities of qi and blood and expel warm evil out. Penman expatiates the instances of using dissipating method in different phase of warm diseases in order to analyze the function of this method.
