紫外分光光度法测定广金钱草中总黄酮的含量

Quantitative Determination of Total Flavonoids in Desmodium Styracifolium by UV Spectrophotometry

目的:建立广金钱草中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以芹菜素为对照品,测定波长272nm。结果:芹菜素在2.144～10.72μg/mL浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997(n=5)回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.8%(n=5)。结论:此方法操作简单,精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于广金钱草药材的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish the determination method for total flavonoid compounds in Desmodium styracifolium. Method ：Apigenin was used as reference asmple by UV spectrophotometry and the measurement was conducted at 227nm. Results ： The absorbency and concentration of apigenin had good linear in the range of 2. 144 - 10.72μg/mL, r =0.9997（ n =5）.The recovery rate was 97.3% ,RSD% was 1.8% （ n =5）. Conclusion ：The method is reliable and can be helpful to effectively the quality control of Desmodium styracifolium.
