复方心康宁胶囊中野黄芩苷的含量测定

Determination of Scutellarin in Xinkangning Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立测定复方心康宁胶囊中野黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:4.6mm×250mm不锈钢柱,填料为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25:75);检测波长为335nm;流速为1mL/min;柱温35℃。结果:野黄芩苷在进样量为0.171～0.685μg,呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=689.87X-3.4049,相关系数r=0.9998,相对回收率为98.7%,相对标准偏差RSD=1.292%。结论:本方法简便,重现性好,精密度高,测定结果准确可靠,具有可行性,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。

Objective ： To establish a method for the content determination of scutellarin in Xinkangning capsules using HPLC. Methods ：A sample HPLC method for determination of scutellarin in Xinkangning capsules was establish. The determination was carried out on column with mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid （ 25： 75 ） and detection wave -length at 335nm, the temperature of column is 35℃. Results ：The scutellarin sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.0171 - 0.0685μg and correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. The average recovery was 98.7%. RSD was 1. 292%. Conclusion ：The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for content determination of scutellarin in Xinkangning capsules.
