解毒化瘀汤治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jiedu Huayu Decoction in Treating Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis

目的:观察中药解毒化瘀汤结合西药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效。方法:将69例患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组33例,对照组单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服解毒化瘀汤,8周为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效及24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞、肾功能的变化。结果:治疗组痊愈21例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率94.4%。对照组痊愈12例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率81.9%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎较之单纯西医治疗优势明显。

Objective： To observe the effects of Jiedu Huayu Decoction and Western medicine to treat Henoch- Schonlein nephritis in children. Methods ： 69 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 36 patients in treating group and 33 patients in control group. The control group was treated by western medicine therapy, and treatment group were treated by western medicine therapy with Jiedu Huayu Decoction for 8 weeks. It were observed that clinical effects, 24 - hour urine protein examination, urinary erythrocyte and renal change before and after treatment. Results： In treating group, 21 patients were cured, 13 effective, 2 ineffective and the total effective rate was 94.4 % , and 12, 15, 6 and 81.9 % in control group respectively. The therapeutic effect in treating group was superior to that in control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine had better curative effect on Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis than western medicine only.
