Cardiovascular Responses to Lower Body Negative Pressure(LBNP) in Healthy Females of Different Physical Fitness.

摘要 目的探讨不同体能健康女性对下体负压(lower body negative pressure,LBNP)的反应特点。方法1)用运动平板测最大耗氧量;2)采用逐渐递增负压的方法,最大负压-50mmHg。被试者为21名30岁年龄组女性健康志愿者,分为惯于久坐的女职业组(A组:Vo2 max33.69±4.50mL·kg^-1·min^-1)11人,经常锻炼的女飞行组(B组:Vo2 max39.61±3.84mL·kg^-1·min^-1)10人。结果两组HR均随LBNP的负荷增加而增加(P〈0.01~0.001)。B组SBP明显降低(P〈0.01)。A组DBP明显增高(P〈0.05)。B组MBP显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论与女职业组相比,女飞行组对LBNP心血管反应不良,表明体能对LBNP有影响。 Objective To compare responses of tolerance to LBNP in different fitness of healthy women. Methods 1 ) Vo2max was examined with treadmill;2) A step-wise LBNP procedure to the maximum of -50 mmHg was applied. Twenty one healthy female volunteers were divided into group A, sitting employees (n =11,Vo2 max33.69±4.50mL·kg^-1·min^-1)) and group B, pilots (n = 10,Vo2 max39.61±3.84mL·kg^-1·min^-1)] ) . Results With the step-wise of LBNP heart rate of all groups were gradually increased. Under -50 mmHg, HR increased significantly (P 〈 0. 01 - 0. 001 ), SBP of group B decreased significantly (P 〈0.01 ), DBP of group A increased significantly (P 〈0.05) and MBP of group B decreased significantly (P 〈0.05). Conclusion It is indicated that group of better fitness have lower cardiovascular responses to LBNP.
