柘木多糖和枸杞多糖对尾吊小鼠免疫功能的防护效应 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究柘木多糖和枸杞多糖对尾吊小鼠细胞免疫功能的防护作用。方法分别以柘木多糖、枸杞多糖的高、低剂量经口给予尾吊小鼠,M TS比色法测定脾T淋巴细胞增殖,EL ISA法测定培养上清中细胞因子分泌评价免疫功能。结果尾吊7d后,小鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖明显降低,细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ分泌减少,柘木多糖能提高尾吊小鼠的脾T淋巴细胞增殖及IL-2和IFN-γ分泌。结论柘木多糖对尾吊模拟微重力小鼠细胞免疫功能有一定的防护作用。 Objective To study the protective effects of Cudrania tricuspidata polysaccharides (CPS) and Lycium barbarium polysacharides (LBP) mice. Methods Two dosages of CPS and LBP on the cellular immune function in tail-suspended were administrated to tail-suspended mice orally respectively. Splenic T lymphocyte proliferation were determined by MTS colorimetric assay and cytokines production in supernatants obtained from cultured spleen cells after stimulation with ConA were detected by ELISA assay. Results Splenic T lymphocyte proliferation and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ decreased significantly in tail-suspended mice 7 d later, which could be enhanced by administration of CPS. Conclusion CPS has protective effects on cellular immunity of tail-suspended mice which is under simulated microgravity.
