摘要
目的结合计算机科学、图像处理和中医药学等多学科知识,深入研究小鼠游泳实验的计算机检测方法进行。方法利用计算机提取小鼠游泳的运动目标,对获得的信息资源进行综合分析处理。结果建立了动物游泳实验计算机检测系统和反映小鼠游泳耐力的新的指标评价体系。结论系统自动化程度高、检测样本多、检测指标丰富,所获实验结果科学准确、全面客观,为相关中药药理实验研究提供了一套新的动物游泳实验检测手段和方法。
Objective To study method of the computer based testing system for animal swimming test with mice by integrating the knowledge of computer science, image processing with that of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods The moving objects of the swimming mice were extracted with computer, then the gained information was analyzed. Results The computer controlled animal swimming testing system was developed and a new index-evaluation method which is more sensitive to mice swimming resistance were established. Conclusion The computer detecting method the article with higher automation, more samples to be detected, getting more detecting indices and more comprehensive and accurate data provides a new effective measure for animal swimming experiment in the pharmacological research of Chinese Medicinal herbs.
