摘要
目的引入系统生物传热学的概念解释局部冷刺激对脑部热响应的影响规律。方法采用红外热像仪监测健康被试者颈部受强冷作用后脸部的热响应规律,进而建立数学模型,从理论上预示强冷刺激后人体脑组织中的三维传热过程。结果对颈部血管实施强冷刺激(0℃冰水混和物)时,人体出现心率增加等激烈反应,脸部温度出现不降低反而升高的现象,暗示头部生理系统中存在复杂热调节机制;然而强热刺激(55℃热水)则不足以诱发人体出现反常的体温响应特性。结论本文研究对临床低温脑复苏过程中实施有效的降温处理及脑温监测具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To interpret the effect of the local cooling on thermal response of human brain by way of the concept of system biology. Methods The thermal response of healthy human face was monitored using infrared thermometer when his neck was subjected to strong local surface cooling. Further, three-dimensional heat transfer process in the brain tissue subjected to local peripheral cooling was simulated via theoretical modeling. Results The fact that a strong enough local cooling (for example by 0℃ ice and water mixture) on jugular vessel could possibly increase heart rate and raise facial temperature rather than reduce it, showed a complex systematic regulation mechanism of thermal physiology. However, no such thermoregulation phenomenon was observed when 55 ℃ warm water was used to heat the jugular vessel. Conclusion This study is expected to be a valuable reference for conducting an efficient thermal administration and temperature monito- ring during clinical brain hypothermic resuscitation.
