hnRNPK在慢性粒细胞白血病急变前后的表达及意义

A study on the protein expression change of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K in CML-CP and CML-BC

目的探讨不均一性核内核糖蛋白K(hnRNPK)与慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)进展的关系。方法用Western blot和RT-PCR方法检测CML患者慢性期和急变期骨髓细胞hnRNPK在蛋白和转录水平的表达。结果hnRNPK蛋白表达慢性期患者明显低于急变期,其mRNA水平在两时期无统计学差异。结论hnRNPK蛋白在CML骨髓细胞中表达,其蛋白表达量与CML病情进展有关。

[ Objective ] To explore the relationship between hnRNPK and the progression of chronic myeloid leukemia （CML）. [ Methods] The hnRNPK protein was detected by western blot and at the same time, the mRNA level of hnRNPK was determined by RT-PCR. [ Results] The protein levels of hnRNPK in chronic phase appeared to be lower than those in blast crisis of CML. However, the mRNA levels had little difference. [ Conclusion] hnRNPK expresses in bone marrow cells of CML, and the amount of its is related to the progression of CML.
