阿托伐他汀对脑血栓患者血脂及颈动脉粥样硬化的影响 被引量：8

摘要 应用常规疗法(对照组)及常规疗法+阿托伐他汀(观察组)分别治疗脑血栓患者30例,于治疗前,治疗后1、3、6、12个月观察其血脂、颈动脉内膜—中层厚度(IMT)及颈动脉斑块面积。结果与对照组和治疗前比较,观察组治疗后各时段血胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显降低(P均<0.01),6、12个月颈动脉斑块面积及IMT减少(P<0.05,<0.01)。提示阿托伐他汀可降脂、减少颈动脉斑块面积及IMT,逆转动脉粥样硬化。
