摘要 介绍了鞍钢2150ASP生产线采用Nb微合金化技术开发高强度耐候钢的过程,并与传统工艺进行了比较。该高强耐候钢带力学性能及冷弯、焊接性能均满足标准要求和用户协议要求,使用情况良好。 This paper introduces the development course of weather resistant steel with high strength by Nb micro - alloying technology in Angang 2150 ASP production line and compares the technology with the traditional one. The mechanical properties, cold bending and welding properties of the steel all reach to the standard requirements and the custmers'agreement demands and the ideal application situation is achieved.
