摘要
采用系列温度仪器化冲击实验的方法,对在特殊环境下使用的管线钢冲击断裂各阶段的能量变化情况及冲击断口的SEM形貌进行了研究。结果表明,该试验钢的抗塑性变形能力、抗裂纹扩展能力均随温度降低而降低。通过对各个实验温度下的特征值进行比较分析,掌握了材料微观断裂过程的变化情况,为采取相应措施,提高该钢种的低温冲击性能提供了依据。
By serial instrumentation impact experiments at different temperature, energy changement condition and the fracture SEM at different impact fracture stages of the pipeline steel used under special environment are studied. The results show that the properties resistance to plastic deformation and crack propagation of the experimental steel both reduce along with temperature drops. Through comparing and analyzing the characteristic values under different experiment temperature, the micro -fracture ehangement situation in material is known and the reference is presented to adopt corresponding measures to improve the impact property of the steel grade at low temperature.
